Pilates with Nicole

Join Nicole for an open level Pilates mat class!

Pilates is a full body workout that focuses on core strength, mind-body connection and mobility.  In this class you can expect breathwork, stretching and a good amount of abs, back, and hip (butt y'all!) exercises. Modifications to simplify or challenge the workout will be offered throughout. 

Nicole has been teaching Pilates in studios and gyms around NYC since 2012. Having grown up in the LES she is excited to be back in Corlears sharing her love of movement and our special corner of the city. 

Mats are provided but it is recommended to bring a towel for extra padding and support for when you're laying on your back. 


Advance registration is not required - just show up for class and sign-in on site.
