Sound bowls are a wonderful way to relax and restore your mind, body and spirit. Christine is a certified Tibetan Sound Bowl Practitioner, a method that has been used for centuries to promote health and healing within. Expect to enter a deep state of relaxation while you lay on your mat enjoying nature.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided but it is recommended to bring a towel for extra padding and support for when you're laying on your back. You may also want a small towel to cover your eyes if you wish.
Advance registration is not required - just show up for class and sign-in on site.
